Email Guidelines:

Recommended pixel width is 650 px (800 px maximum).
Resolution of 144 pixel/inch is recommended for maximum quality on retina devices (no larger)

E-blast files must be supplied as valid HTML files with absolute paths to images.

Valid image file formats are jpeg, gif, or png only.
The HTML can not contain any Flash, Javascript or links to CSS files.
All styling must be done inline.

We cannot send image-only emails. All emails must contain at least some readable text.

Best Practice:

Remember most users view their emails on their mobile devices. Messages should be short and easily read. We recommend a compelling heading, image, short message and call to action.
