This week the internet nearly exploded with talk of Larry Page's purchase of the 59-meter (193-foot) Senses (seen here in Helsinki), a beautiful yacht with a name ripe for puns. For example, The New Zealand Herald wrote "Sir Douglas Myers has lost his Senses."
Though Burgess was unable to speak about the sale, The NZ Herald reported some details:
-The sale happened around the end of December.
-The interior was designed by Philippe Starck
The New York Post reported the story in its own special way:
"On any summer day in Sag Harbor, Page's new boat will be dwarfed by boats 300 feet or longer," said yacht broker Chris Dowling at Bruce Tait & Associates in Sag Harbor, LI.
"It's little," he added.
