PHOENIX | $500,000 per week
At 200'0" Phoenix is the smallest yacht on our list, but with an Art Deco-inspired interior styled by London-based Andrew Winch Designs, this Lrssen is one of the slickest, which is why she charters for half a million per week, plus expenses.
Take her bilevel owner’s suite. On the lower portion a king-size bed faces a gold-, silver-, and platinum-leaf lacquered mural, flanked by his-and-her baths finished in honey onyx. Both baths are equipped with a steam room and a separate shower and finished with Baccarat crystal fixtures. From here, a floating staircase leads to her upper level with an adjoining gym. The upper level also has 180-degree views out expansive windows that can be electronically blacked out to make it easier to enjoy DVDs on the entertainment system.
As for a gorgeous area that the other ten guests can enjoy, her upper saloon’s a good choice. It features a barrel-vaulted ceiling with daylight-dimmable lights that mimic sunlight. A painting from Art Deco master Joan Miro hangs over a mahogany sideboard, which conceals a large plasma TV. For other entertaining, a blue-green marble-topped bar gets the evening started, especially when dining alfresco on the upper aft deck, which can accommodate all guests aboard.
