Second only to its stellar performance, the MJM 50z’s livability is her most endearing feature. The single-level open layout from transom to helm on the main deck encourages the owners and guests to lounge in the warm breezes of summer and sniff the marine environment, as though they were hanging out on the deck of a seaside cottage. Plus, they’re only a small step-over from the swim platform. On the other hand, anyone who wants a bit of privacy to read, log onto the Internet, or phone a friend may descend the two steps to the settee opposite the galley or relax in one of the lounge chairs in the owner’s stateroom.
