Gerard Wainwright, chairman of Sealine,

in June. During the event, Wainwright, who purchased
Sealine in 1990 and then sold it to Brunswick, announced
he will relinquish the title of managing director and
day-to-day management of the company but will retain
the title of non-executive chairman. Patrik von Sydow
will assume Wainwright's duties as of August 1.
