The Carver Development Team collaborated with a handful of internationally renowned experts in marine design. One of these is Nuvolari & Lenard. Founded in 1989 in a small village near Venice, Italy, the firm gained international prominence through a series of projects for builders such as Palmer Johnson, CRN, Mochi Craft, and Cantieri di Sarnico. The design firm took a lead role in developing the Marquis’ distinctive exterior styling.

Donald L. Blount and Associates, Norfolk, Virginia-based experts in the design and construction of state-of-the-art marine craft, collaborated on structural design and hull performance.

Ward’s Marine Electric, one of the top specialists in marine electrical systems and a Fort Lauderdale, Florida-based firm, collaborated on the design of A.C. and D.C. electrical systems for the two Marquis models.

A La Mer, a well-known interior design firm also based in Fort Lauderdale, collaborated in the design of an ergonomically enhanced interior for the Marquis. —G.L.P.
