How Moisture Eliminators Work

Depending on the installation required, Delta “T” has different setups for extracting moisture from engine rooms. In the illustration below left, the moisture eliminator is mounted externally on the boat; the vertical vents trap spray, which drains away via the horizontal vents at the bottom. The illustration at right, meanwhile, shows an integral cooling fan with the moisture eliminator; Delta “T” says it ships both assemblies in one piece to boatbuilders for ease of installation.
