Navman distinguishes its first VHF radio offering with the inclusion of a unique atmospheric pressure and temperature display. As shown, the barometer can graph 24 hours of readings and make prognostications about impending weather changes, even popping up that “happy fish” icon to indicate good fishing conditions. The 7200 offers many of the useful DSC functions discussed in this column, including a 20 MMSI buddy list and a call log with instant call-back capability. It also outputs DSC call positions, but only via the proprietary Navbus, and so far only to Navman’s latest plotter/fishfinder, the Track Fish 6600. The 7200’s display screen is 1.9"x1.6" and its price is $229. Navman Phone: (866) 628-6261. www.navman.com. Next page > Uniden Polaris, Wham, & Mystic > Page 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7 |
