Need a holiday gift for that boating dog? Or maybe you’re just trying to figure out a way to make it easier for the little guy to get back onboard after taking a dip. Indianapolis, Indiana-based Paws Aboard makes a ladder that attaches to the one on your swim platform or dock so Fido can play in the water, too.
According to the manufacturer, the Doggy Boat Ladder fits most swim ladders thanks to its universal grip and installs and comes off in seconds. It’s made of durable ABS plastic and stainless steel, measures 14"x60", and weighs approximately 20 pounds. It’s slip-resistant and can detach and float when you need to use the regular ladder. It is also corrosion-proof and extends up to three feet below the surface; plus it cleans up easily with soap and water and is UV-resistant.
The Doggy Boat Ladder retails for $299, is available through the company, and is sure to make your seafaring canine a happier boater.
