Clean air is essential for any engine, and Walker’s latest Airsep, the High-Performance Closed Crankcase Evacuation (CCE), improves air intake by removing petroleum vapors that collect in the engine crankcase. By changing the vapor into liquid oil, the CCE helps prevent buildup on turbine blades and internal aftercooler passages, which should translate to longer engine life.

The heart of the CCE is its internal, two-stage replaceable coalescing filter design. According to Walker, its first stage liquefies larger oil vapor particles and drains them away; in the second stage, the primary filter captures remaining oil mist particles down to 0.3 micron in size. The CCE also features an integrated turbo silencer and removable, washable air filter.

The system, factory-installed on models from several manufacturers, can be retrofitted to existing engines.
