Has the Crown Prince of Dubai finally finished fiddling with the interior of the world's largest yacht? It seems so, based upon a few twirls around the port of Dubai that the yacht has made over the past year—previously she sat motionless at the dock, reportedly awaiting his final approval on decor items. Visitors to the region say she outshines the Burj Al Arab hotel, the famous building designed to look like a sail. If you search the Web for photos of Dubai, you'll likely come across some showing her bow-to-bow with her shadow boat, a 259-footer named Dubai Shadow.
