World’s 100 Largest Yachts 2007 (State-Owned) #1: Dubai
The world is still waiting for the interior of this yacht to be done. It seems the Crown Prince of Dubai is a pretty particular person and hasn't been entirely happy with the work, so two years after she was expected to be finished, she's still dockside at Jebel Ali Port in Dubai. If you want to get a good look at her, download Google Earth and enter the port's name in the search box; she looks immense even from the satellite images. Once she's finished, Dubai will likely make her home in The Palm, Dubai's manmade islands containing homes, hotels, and retail outlets. As for the prince, he recently acquired a shadow boat to play with, she's named Dubai Shadow (of course) and measures 259'2".
