#100: BLUE MOON—198'0"
When the American who commissioned this, his second Feadship, attended the christening ceremony, he reportedly told Dick Van Lent, head of the shipyard, something along the lines of, “I know I said I only had a second boat in me, but maybe I have a third.” Regardless of whether he signs the dotted line for a new one, we hear he enjoys how a large skylight in the sundeck roof spills direct sunlight down the elevator passageway. That same skylight floods the elevator cabin itself with light, since there’s a circular window in the elevator’s ceiling.
