Lightning Strikes on Megayachts

I live in the Tampa / St. Petersburg, Florida area where there are a lot of thunderstorms and lightning strikes.

Suppose for a moment that any of us owned a yacht....hopefully a megayacht....and our communications mast was hit by a bolt of lightning.
What would be the effect on our radar dome, radio antenna, electrical system for the entire yacht?

What would happen to us if we were sitting on the stern deck enjoying a gin and tonic?

Something to think about. Are there any members in the industry who know what the consequences would be and how to protect our yachts electrical system and equipment?
