Eight-plus years in the works, Freedom Ship will be a city at sea--if it ever gets built. Over 4,000 feet long, it will sport its own schools, a 3,900-foot landing strip, a shopping mall, plus a raft of condominiums. Prices start at "just" $820,000 for a 1,200-square-foot unit if you buy now. If you wait to see if they actually build this thing, the same space will cost you $1,312,000.
