While Feadship has delivered many globetrotting megayachts throughout the past decades, Andiamo is the first expedition-style yacht. Executive Editor Diane M. Byrne got a look at her prior to delivery.

This stylish cruiser may look like a converted vessel, but she’s actually a fully custom, purpose-built expedition yacht from Feadship. Andiamo measures about 149 feet, and while it was a snowy day in Amsterdam when Executive Editor Diane M. Byrne took this picture, about a week later the yacht was headed for the crystal-clear waters of the Caribbean.

Another notable fact: The yacht was built for a female owner, who enjoys cooking for lots of friends and family herself in the marvelously laid-out galley.
