World’s 100 Largest Yachts 2006 #61: Haida G
#61: HAIDA G—218'0"
From the tips of her masts to the top of her yellow funnel and right on down to her fantail stern and her original (yes, original) engines, Haida G is a glorious example of a classic yacht. She was once owned by Hollywood producer Robert Stigwood, but her current owner, a European, likes keeping a lower profile. You can charter her for $210,000 per week or take an armchair tour at Haida G. If you visit the Web site, you’ll be glad to see the layout drawings are large enough to look at without the assistance of a magnifying glass, a misstep made by far too many other yacht owners and yacht brokers alike in general on their sites.
