When a young (think thirtysomething) Saudi purchased this converted ice breaker, one of the first things he had done to the yacht was change her hull from black to red. Her funnel still boasts a crossed-sword design, in keeping with her pirate name. Not all was fun and games aboard, though. Last August a lawsuit was filed in a New York court by a company called European Diesel Services (EDS) against the owner and the owner's management agent for $221,000 for breach of contract. According to court documents, EDS performed repairs to a broken engine onboard while the yacht was in Dubai and was never paid. The case was dismissed voluntarily a month later.
