This Middle Eastern-owned yacht was put on the brokerage market for the first time, for $20 million, several months ago, but as this list was being updated, we received word an offer was on the table. The new owner is getting an unusual yacht: All of the guest accommodations are on the upper deck, just aft of the bridge, and the main-deck owner’s suite contains two bedrooms.
