America’s 100 Largest Yachts 2006 #6: Talitha G

You gotta love blogs. The creators of DealBreaker.com, a business blog that delights in the juicier tidbits about Wall Street and the related financial world, decided to create a poll in August where people could decide which business titan’s yacht was the most beautiful. They opened the discussion by professing their love for Talitha G, the pride of the Getty family. (They also made a snarky remark about Octopus, no. 2, but we’ll let you discover that one on your own.) The dealbreak-dot-commers have excellent taste, as this classic cruiser has an undeniable romantic air about her. What they may not know, however, is what a great sense of humor the yacht’s captain and crew have. Check out Talitha G's crew bios for a good laugh; we’re still trying to figure out how the chef can not only fly unaided but also remain bulletproof.
