The yacht of Mohammed
al-Fayed, the Egyptian millionaire who owns Harrod’s in London,
came to the world’s attention when his son, Dodi, and Princess Diana
were photographed onboard shortly before their deaths. Sokar, whose name
means “sugar” in Arabic, is kept in the South of France. He
had put the yacht up for sale a while ago but changed his mind. Reports
hold that there is a room onboard dedicated to the memory of his son and

have indicated that Sans Peur was decommisioned. We’ve been
unable to confirm the latter but will continued to search for information.

owner hails from Saudi Arabia, and his Middle Eastern heritage is evident
in the inlays used throughout the posh interior, highlighted by a variety
of maple woods. The master suite is palatial, given that it includes a
