trawler-to-expedition yacht conversion

Hi everyone,

I'm in the process of converting 132ft Dutch-built a North Sea trawler of 1989 into an expedition yacht that can accommodate up to 18 guests (or 26, tripple occupancy) + 10 crew.

I would not call it a mega yacht but given its size I guess it is. I put on a blog at to document the conversion planning and and I'd love to get some feedback on the general plan, looks, features, distribution, etc.

Given its heritage, we plan to bring it under ABS Motoryacht class and get an MCA note of compliance.

Also, if there's anybody out there that can give me an estimate of the market value once finished, I'd love to hear from you.
