Have any of you guys seen or discussed the penumbra marine designed 377ft project yet?

There are some good images and layouts on yachtcouncil.com, but i cant see it mentioned here. Can 64million euro for a 377ft yacht be an accurate price?

And how can its location be listed as China, is there a yard there ready and able to build it?
