In the wake of the Hinckley JetStick, U.S. Marine and Sea Ray Boats both introduced new systems designed to get you out of—or into—tight spots. It’s fitting that the control for Sea Ray’s Precision Pilot (to the right and above the wheel) looks more like a door knob than a joystick, since it may well open the way to hesitant helmsmen.
