The Horizon E56 is one of those highly livable boats that makes the most out of her onboard space. She may not be quite as sleek as some of the other surfboards with engines you’ll see skittering around on the ocean blue, but then again, she was never meant to be that way. And any owner will be thankful for her enviable use of space when they are spending an appreciable amount of time hanging out onboard.
The boat puts her sturdy 15-foot, 9-inch beam to good use by having an amidships master stateroom with a walkaround berth and plenty of private room for the owner.
Topside she has another area that makes great use of space—an ample flying bridge, which features U-shaped seating aft and an outdoor helm with sightlines for days.
Below, the saloon is notable for the natural light streaming in through the boat’s generously sized windows. Aft of that, a hydraulic swim platform makes a great place to stage all your watersports.
The boat is powered by twin 700-horsepower Volvo Penta IPS900s, which should make her peppy and fun to drive, since after all, despite her interior, she’s certainly no houseboat!
