I’m an advocate of protecting your skin from the damaging effects of the sun. Even so, I dislike the heavy scent and greasiness of certain sunblocks. Thanks to Relish Suncare Products, a line of nongreasy, moisturizing sunscreen, you can protect your skin while giving it the nutrients it needs.

Relish infuses its sunblocks with a range of natural products full of antioxidants and vitamins. These include zinc oxide, which is hypoallergenic; licorice and green tea, which have anti-inflammatory properties; and ginseng, which increases skin elasticity. The ingredients additionally fight aging, which Relish says makes its products different than other sunblocks.
I tested Relish’s Daily Advanced Protection Moisturizing Sunscreen SPF 30 and the Lip & Face protector stick (SPF 15) on my fair skin for a full day in the sun. I didn’t get sunburned and liked its light scent and grease-free feel.

Two tips: Use small dabs for quick absorbtion, and reapply frequently because it’s not waterproof.
