Meguiar’s Hard Water Remover
Hard-water spots are annoying and unsightly, and sometimes no matter how much you buff your boat’s surface, they seem embedded for eternity. But before you rub the elbow grease out of your arms, help is available.

Meguiar’s Hard Water Spot Remover is said to go to task on fiberglass, painted and plastic surfaces, and polyurethane finishes. The spot remover comes in a gel that adheres to horizontal and vertical surfaces. Just spray it on and let it work. Wipe the area clean, and your boat should be spot-free. Meguiar’s also claims the remover should leave the cleaned surface more resistant to a recurrence.
