In my opinion, there are few things more relaxing after a long day’s cruise than plopping on the aft deck to watch the sun set while sipping a glass of fine wine. But sometimes, particularly in exotic destinations, it’s not possible to pop in to the local shop to pick up a bottle. Furthermore, stowing wine aboard is problematic because the motion of a boat causes wine to deteriorate over time.
The STable wine cellar from STabilized will help preserve your wine at sea. Since it’s able to compensate for ten degrees of pitch and roll, the wine cellar tilts as the yacht tilts, while your wine remains undisturbed. Capable of stowing up to 140 bottles, the wine cellar fastens to the floor and uses 220 volts. (A unit with a 500-bottle capacity is also available, as is a 110-volt version.)
