Every boater has to adjust fenders—and sometimes has to sprint to the bow to get them in the right spot. But few pay as much attention to the transom or swim platform beyond adjusting lines to make sure there’s no butting up against the dock while the boat’s stern-to.
Welcome the Fenderbud. Its patent-pending design uses Fenderbud Boat Fender Brackets to ensure your fenders are always properly positioned, thereby reducing the likelihood of damage to your pride and joy. The brackets are made of 1⁄8-inch-thick welded aluminum and are said to be easy to install. Once the bracket is installed, simply click a six- or eight-inch fender onto it, and voila, you’re protected.
Fenderbud retails for $25 and is available from the manufacturer.
