3. LIMITLESS - 315'7"
Seen in both Capri, Italy, and Mallorca, Spain, this summer, Limitless continues to captivate yacht-watchers wherever she goes. Her lines are based on those of another famous yacht, the 1967-launched Carinthia VI (now known as The One, owned by a European). Even her hull is a similar shade of blue. But she obviously has a few styling elements all her own, such as the 60-foot expanse of open deck area aft. She also has some pretty impressive technical features, such as dynamic positioning (a system that allows a vessel to maintain position and heading by means of active thrust) and an incinerator that reduces garbage to powdery ash, particularly helpful when Limitless has been away from port for a while. For the past eight years, the yacht has been the prized possession of Leslie Wexner, an Ohio native best known for starting the clothing companies Limited and Victoria’s Secret. Talk about a step up: He’d owned a yacht about half this size previously.
